Voting For Flyers
Voting is completely optional, and it's a great way to get Indie music fans involved with their favorite bands. Voting allows Shamelessplug to be more interactive by letting the fans have a say in what shows they like. Bands and flyers with the most votes will be shown first in your search results. For example, if you search for a band/show in Jerz, the shows highest amount of votes will come up first.
How Voting Works
Voting is simple: If you are a fan of a certain band or artist and you want to show your support you would reqeust some free votes code that you can use to vote up that band. The artists, fans, and other Shamelessplug visitors will be able to see the number of votes each for their upcoming shows and that will give them an idea of their fan support.
Getting Vote Codes
Scoring vote codes is way easy. If you visit any flyer page, there will be a link below the flyer that says "Get Codes." Following the link will take you to a page where you can request for free codes to be sent to your email address. Don't worry, we don't save your email address and we will never sell or distribute your address to 3rd parties.
You can request 10 free codes once a week. So, use them wisely!
You can also get vote codes by running into any of the Shamelessplug Crew at shows and events. Just stop over and and say "Hi!" and we'll hook you up!
How to Vote
Using vote codes is even easier than getting them. On every flyer page there is a big ticket below the flyer that says, "Vote". Clicking the ticket will bring up a little window where you can enter your vote codes. If you need to enter more codes, just click the "Enter More Votes" link on the right-hand side and the form will reset.
